« Beyond Fourier »
We are eager to announce the thematic day “Beyond Fourier” which will be held in Paris on September 9, 2022. The thematic day will focus on recent developments in the general topic of non-Fourier heat transfer at the nanoscale. The scope is to bring together different views on this emerging topic, merging experimental investigations and theoretical studies. This meeting is an opportunity for the community to share ideas and foster new collaborations. Young researchers are especially welcome to present their work, either in the form of oral or poster presentations.
Invited speakers will be Sebastian Volz (CNRS and University of Tokyo), Ilaria Zardo (University of Basel, Basel, Switzerland) and Mauro Antezza (Université de Montpellier).
The day will be held only in-person. No hybrid mode is possible.

Abstract submission
The abstract for both orals and posters should be edited using the template attached and sent with Word format to the two following addresses:francesco.banfi@univ-lyon1.fr, paolo.maioli@univ-lyon1.fr
Please do specify if the abstract is originally intended for an oral or poster contribution.The duration of contributed talk is 20 minutes including questions.English is preferred and encouraged for all kinds of communications.
